The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead our sales department.
You will be instrumental in driving our sales strategies, enhancing our market position, and achieving sustainable growth through direct customer engagements as well as partnerships and integrations.
You will be participating in sales activities as well as strategically positioning Intelligent Systems as a market leader and preferred partner.
This role is positioned in our executive management team and offers significant impact on our strategic direction. As Chief Sales Officer (CSO) you refer directly to our CEO.
The work location is based in Hadsund.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, run, and develop the sales department and effectively pursue sales opportunities. Contributing directly to sales, marketing, and customer relationship building.
  • Maintain and develop good relations with existing customers and partners and acquire new customers and partners.
  • Manage sales planning, quality of offers, contracts, and oversee comprehensive risk management in sales activities.
  • Member of the executive team to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Ensure transparency in sales activities and reliable forecasting and reporting to support financial and operational planning.
  • Define budget for sales in coordination with CEO and COO.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership within the tech industry, especially in software solutions, SaaS platforms, and technical domains like automated logistics, IT/OT, and smart manufacturing solutions.
  • Driven by results and have strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to lead a sales team towards achieving targeted results.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external customers and partners.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and continuously innovate to meet customer demands within an international environment.
  • Fluency in English and Danish, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
